Locally is an information platform

Locally is not a real estate brokerage and is not licensed to represent buyers or sellers. No agent listed here is employed by or an agent of Locally. Locally does not take part in any real estate transaction.

No endorsement or guarantee

Our rankings and recommendations are based on data and our own review, and may change at any time. They are not a promise of an agent's performance. Choose and verify agents yourself: check licenses with the state and ask for references.

How listings work

Agents do not pay to be listed or ranked, and Locally does not charge agents referral fees.

Locally Pro agents — vetted and interviewed by our team — are listed first, followed by other licensed agents ranked on license history, reputation, track record and service.

Affiliate disclosure

Companies affiliated with Locally may provide services to, and have paid business arrangements with, some agents listed on Locally, including Locally Pro agents. Those arrangements are separate from Locally's listing and ranking and are disclosed here so you can weigh them.

Where our data comes from

Information on Locally comes from two places: (1) publicly available sources: state license records, public property and sales records, and information agents and brokerages publish online, including publicly posted client reviews; and (2) information agents give us directly: Locally Pro agents supply and confirm details when they claim their profile and through our interview with them.

A profile may mix both. We label agent-supplied and public information where we can.

We do not buy private data.

We gather publicly available information in line with applicable law and site terms.

Agents can ask us to correct or remove information, and consumers can ask what we hold about them, by emailing privacy@locallyagents.com.

Data accuracy and corrections

Information comes from public records, details supplied by agents, and other sources. It may be incomplete or out of date. Agents or anyone else may request a correction or removal by emailing privacy@locallyagents.com.

Fair housing

Locally supports the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity, and does not discriminate. Equal Housing Opportunity. Users and agents must comply with fair housing laws.

Trademarks and names

REALTOR® is a registered trademark of the National Association of REALTORS®. Agent and brokerage names appear for identification only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Reviews

Review summaries from third parties are attributed to their source. Locally does not verify the truth of every review.

Contact forms and leads

What you submit is shared with the agent you contact and with our team so we can route and follow up your request. Requests may be referred to a Locally Pro agent in your area. By submitting, you consent to be contacted about it. You have no obligation to hire anyone.

Limitation of liability and disclaimers

Locally is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Locally is not liable for losses connected with your use of the service or an agent's services. You indemnify Locally against claims arising from your misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Locally after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
