Find a local agent you can actually trust

Trust the experts. That is the primary lesson I learned working with Maria's team. When Maria first arrived at our home, we were so impressed with how prepared she was. She has such an incredible understanding of the market, and she basically predicted what we would get for our home. While it was less than what the "internet" projected, what I truly appreciate about her is the transparency and honesty. In business that's what really counts not pipe dreams and wishful thinking. Next, we met with Donyale who helped us prepare our home to list. And truth be told, I was a bit skeptical of all the improvements she suggested, and I initially agreed to only some of her recommendations. However, being the professional she is and having our best interests at heart, she texted a passionate plea that in order to be competitive and give ourselves the best opportunity to trust her and Maria. So, I listened to my gut and decided in that moment to push all in and simply do anything and everything they suggested. Once we listed, we were very pleased with the results on Zillow, etc. It was second to none in terms of presentation and exposure. And finally, we had Debbie who really held our hand as we were waiting for offers to come in. She played a key role as emotional support, answering questions, and making sure we only accepted the best deal for us which we ultimately got by being patient and listening to her. I give Maria and her team 5 stars for their expert knowledge and professionalism. They know the market, they utilize the best tools available, and they are good-hearted people who simply want to do the best for others. That's exactly what they did for my family and I am forever grateful.

Maria's in-person presentation of current market trends/pricing along with a detailed explanation of how our home would be marketed truly wowed us!
