How we rank agents
Rankings help you compare profiles. They are not a recommendation or a substitute for your own checks.
The order we use
(1) Vetted Locally Pro agents are listed first in their own market. (2) Then we consider the public rating, adjusted for how many reviews it has. (3) Then we consider years in business, using the year an agent started in real estate when available, or their reported years of experience otherwise. (4) Then we consider whether we have verified a license, how complete the profile is, and the number of Locally reviews.
No hidden score
We do not publish weights, a formula, or one score for an agent. Agents do not pay for position. Two agents with similar details may appear in a different order on different days. A ranking can change as public records, reviews, or profile details change.
