Locally standards
Editorial policy
This page explains how Locally builds agent profiles and keeps the directory useful for people making their own choice.
How profiles are built
Profiles draw on public license records, public property and sales records, and publicly posted client reviews. Locally Pro agents provide details directly when they claim a profile and during an interview with the team. We label agent-supplied and public information where we can.
What we check for Locally Pro
For Locally Pro, the team confirms profile ownership, reviews the details, and interviews the agent. Agents do not pay Locally to be listed, ranked or to become Locally Pro.
Keeping information current
Profiles are refreshed regularly and revisited as details change. Public records and information from an agent can change, so a profile should be a starting point for your own checks.
What we do not do
We do not sell placement, edit client reviews, or publish one score for an agent. Read how we rank agents or learn how to report a correction.
